The Presence Process by Michael Brown is without doubt the book that has had the greatest impact on my life. It was it which led me to Transformational Breath®. These two approaches are indeed complementary.

This book is not just a read; it is a ten-week process that takes us towards greater physical presence, mental clarity, emotional maturity, and vibrational (or spiritual) connection in our daily lives.

This process invites us to take responsibility for the quality of our life experience by giving us concrete guidelines and tools, including a conscious breathing practice, to help us transform our lives in depth. It works on the very cause of our various issues: the emotional charges of fear, anger, and grief that we have not yet integrated.

Each week, this process guides us step by step to reconnect with our emotional body and welcome it unconditionally, so that we learn to respond to the various situations in our lives, rather than react to them. This is the deepest form of freedom: to no longer be dominated by our emotional charges (whether they are overflowing or repressed), but to be joyfully in charge of our lives.

It should be noted that Michael Brown strongly recommended Transformational Breath® to go even deeper in resolving heavier emotional charges, such as traumatic memories. However, his book alone is a tool that is accessible to everyone and extremely useful for integrating into our daily lives a liberating way of experiencing emotionally triggering situations.
