The roots represent anchoring, our connection to the Earth, to matter.
The heart symbolises unconditional love, our centre, our state of Being.
The star is our spiritual connection – a connection to something greater than ourselves, to Life, to our inner guidance and wisdom… everyone experiences and names it differently.
The characters represent our feminine (yin) and masculine (yang) polarities:
- Our feminine polarity includes our ability to care, balance, harmonise, feel deeply, be receptive, intuitive and introspective.
- Our masculine polarity includes our ability to organise, structure, concretise, rationalise, discern, plan and act in the world.
When all these elements are well established, in alignment and in harmony within us, then we can fully ‘spread our wings’ and live a meaningful and fulfilling life, a life that is no longer lead by reactivity, but by our innate state of Being.
