How do Transformational Breath® online sessions work?

Séances de Respiration Transformatrice en ligne

The online sessions were developed during the Covid period, so that Transformational Breath® sessions could continue to be offered, even during lockdowns. They have helped many people ever since!

It is best to have done at least one session in person before starting online ones. If your situation does not allow it, it is possible to start directly with online sessions if you are ready to commit to a minimum of three sessions.

Online sessions are very different from regular ones, but are also very effective. As I am not present to perform the acupressure points and help you with various interventions, I will guide you remotely to self-facilitate, using a range of techniques that are different from those usually used.

Before the session, you will need to prepare the necessary supply, and, of course, have a computer or tablet with camera and a good Internet connexion. I will help you replace any supply you do not have.

During the preliminary interview, I will take the time to show you the different postures in which I could guide you during the session, as well as the various possible interventions.

As with a regular session, I will explain what this technique involves and spend some time answering your questions. I will also take note of your medical conditions, so that I can better accompany you during the active breathing period. You will briefly share your current issue with me, and I will help you formulate an intention for your session.

I will analyse your breathing and guide you into the initial position that is most suitable for you.

As with regular sessions, there will be a period of active breathing, during which I will guide you, and a period of integration – they last about 45 minutes.

After the session, there will be time to share your experience and ask any questions you may have. I will invite you to integrate a breathing practice into your daily life so that you gradually become more autonomous.

A 10-minute video call will be scheduled a day or two after each session (for the first three sessions, and as needed afterwards), so that you have the opportunity to share how you feel following the session and ask questions.
