Transformational Breath®
I offer Transformational Breath® individual sessions in Montberaud
(45 min south-west of Toulouse and 30 min north of Saint-Girons) and online.
Sessions last approximately 1h30. The first session can last up to 2 hours.
This approach is also suitable for pregnant women, babies, children, teenagers and people at the end of life.
I also offer 1-hour coaching sessions, which can be combined with the breathing session or taken separately.

What is Transformational Breath®?
Transformational Breath® is a powerful and comprehensive self-transformation tool that uses the breath, acupressure points, affirmations, body movements, sound, coaching and a personal intention for each session.
It is based on the analysis of our breathing, which has the ability to reveal our unconscious patterns and the way we live. When areas of our breathing are closed or tense, vital energy no longer flows as well, and this has an impact on the way we live our daily lives.

Transformational Breath® has benefits on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Among many of them, it opens and optimises our breathing, and integrates traumatic and emotional charges that are suppressed in our subconscious. In doing so, it restores the natural alignment between body and mind, and contributes to spiritual expansion.


Origin of Transformational Breath®
Transformational Breath® was developed by the American Judith Kravitz in the 1970s. Judith is a doctor of metaphysics and the mother of eight children.
Just as she was beginning to experiment with breathing, Judith was diagnosed with throat cancer. She took the decision not to use conventional medicine and was able to make a full recovery, just by using breathing and other tools at her disposal.
This experience greatly inspired Judith to share this technique with as many people as possible. (It should be noted that Transformational Breath® does not claim to cure any disease).
Transformational Breath® is constantly expanding and evolving. Today, it is taught in 12 languages and in 54 countries. It has helped millions of people worldwide since 1977.

Transformational Breath® is for anyone who feels called to explore it. There are no contraindications, and it can be practised on newborn babies, children, adolescents, pregnant women, healthy people, sick people, the elderly, people at the end of life, etc. It can be adapted to the conditions of the breather and can therefore take different forms depending on the case.
This is different for each person. It is not uncommon to feel benefits from the very first session, but it is advisable to do three sessions close to each other to benefit from the cumulative effect, which generally allows us to overcome the first layer of our defence mechanisms and therefore bring about more significant changes.
To begin with, it is strongly recommended to do at least three sessions closed to each other: one session a week if possible; ideally no less than one session a month. The cumulative effect of more frequent sessions generally enables us to overcome the first layer of our defence mechanisms and bring about more significant changes. After the third session, it depends on each person, their personal situation, their intentions, and their degree of motivation to engage in in-depth inner work.
After the first session, I will give you recordings to practise with at home. Continuing your breathing practice a little each day will not only make it easier to integrate the session you have just done, but will also prepare you for the next one – as well as allowing you to become more autonomous in your practice.
