Transformational Breath® coaching is a method that helps you to achieve your goals, bring balance to your life, become more conscious, and change your behaviour and habits. It uses questions that allow you to tap into your feelings and inner resources, and brings you to a new level of awareness. It enables you to draw up a precise action plan that leads you towards the changes you want to realise in your life. It also offers you regular follow-up to ensure that you stay motivated and in action, in line with your intentions.
