Certification involves a certain number of steps to be able to justify this title, which shows its seriousness and ensures a quality service:
- Take part in an intensive six-day seminar for personal transformation (levels I, II and III).
- Take the two-week intensive professional training course (levels IV.A and IV.B). When I did this training, Judith Kravitz, the founder of this approach, taught us from the United States by videoconference, along with the senior trainers who were on site: Catharina von Bargen and Paul Barrett.
- Pass the written exam at the end of the last week of professional training.
- Facilitate a minimum of 50 individual Transformational Breath® sessions, with reports sent to our mentor, including two case studies of five sessions each.
- Give myself at least one full Transformational Breath® session per week for eight weeks, and write a report for each session.
- Help facilitate two 6-day intensive seminars, and soon after certification, help facilitate one week of professional training.
- Do The Presence Process by Michael Brown, and read some key books on breathing, Byron Katie’s work, etc.
- Attend a one-day training course and obtain the PSC1 diploma (Prevention and First Aid, level 1).
